Privacy notice

This site uses no cookies. It stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage. There is no analytics, no visitor tracking, and no content loaded from third-party servers. That is why you are not asked for consent: there is nothing to consent to.

I only receive personal data when you send it to me yourself — through the contact form or when booking a call.

2. What data I process and why

Contact form

Your name, e-mail address, and optionally your company, phone number and the text of your message. I use this solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to agree terms of work.

Legal basis: performance of a contract and steps taken at your request prior to entering into one — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If your message is unrelated to possible work, I process it on the basis of my legitimate interest in replying to correspondence received — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Booking a call

Your name, e-mail address, the time slot chosen and any note you add to the booking. Used to arrange and hold the call.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Ordinary e-mail correspondence

If you write to me directly, I process the data contained in your message in order to reply — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Who receives the data

I do not sell your data, do not use it for marketing, and do not pass it to third parties beyond the providers below, who handle the technical operation on my behalf:

Transfers to the United States take place under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, or under the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

I may also pass data to my accountant or to public authorities where required by law.

4. How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work — no more than 12 months from our last contact
Enquiries that lead to work — for the duration of the engagement and then for the applicable limitation periods; accounting records for 10 years under Slovak accounting law
Booking records — 12 months from the date the call was held or cancelled

After those periods the data is deleted.

5. Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right:

of access, and to a copy of it
to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data
to erasure
to restriction of processing
to data portability to another controller
to object to processing based on legitimate interest

If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.

6. What you will not find here

No cookies and no tracking technologies
No visitor analytics
No advertising or remarketing tools
No automated decision-making and no profiling
No sharing of data for marketing purposes

7. Changes

If the way I process data changes, I will amend this notice and update the effective date above. Earlier versions are not retained.
