This site uses no cookies. It stores nothing on your device — no cookies, no local storage. There is no analytics, no visitor tracking, and no content loaded from third-party servers. That is why you are not asked for consent: there is nothing to consent to.

I only receive personal data when you send it to me yourself — through the contact form or when booking a call.

2. What data I process and why

Contact form

Your name, e-mail address, and optionally your company, phone number and the text of your message. I use this solely to reply to you and, where relevant, to agree terms of work.

Legal basis: performance of a contract and steps taken at your request prior to entering into one — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If your message is unrelated to possible work, I process it on the basis of my legitimate interest in replying to correspondence received — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Booking a call

Your name, e-mail address, the time slot chosen and any note you add to the booking. Used to arrange and hold the call.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Ordinary e-mail correspondence

If you write to me directly, I process the data contained in your message in order to reply — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Who receives the data

I do not sell your data, do not use it for marketing, and do not pass it to third parties beyond the providers below, who handle the technical operation on my behalf:

Transfers to the United States take place under the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, or under the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

I may also pass data to my accountant or to public authorities where required by law.

4. How long I keep it

After those periods the data is deleted.

5. Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right:

If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
